I got to Songdo Beach from Nampo-dong in around 25 minutes and walked to the Busan Air Cruise station in 5 minutes. The station itself has restaurants and cafes where you can pick up something to eat or drink before taking the Air cruise! They also have food options available in the Sky Habor Observatory Platform. To purchase a ticket, you are able to do it in the moment by going to the ticket office or using the machines in the first floor. I used the Busan Big 3 pass which allowed me to save some money in attractions. Once you have your ticket, you'll move to the 4th floor and a staff member will scan your ticket. Something I found particularly nice about the cable cars is that while they allow up to 8 people per car, if you come by yourself or in smaller groups you'll only ride with your group. Meaning that I had a whole cable car by myself! I went around 5:30 pm and the ride itself only took about 10 minutes which is plenty of time to not only enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the beach but also I was able to take a lot of cute pictures. Pro-tip! If you are solo-travelling, a small tripod on the opposite seat is enough to get some cute shots. Once you arrive at the Observatory Platform, there is a cafe in the 2nd floor that has an ocean view, a photo-taking machine and other cute photo spots. Outside there are your typical Korean-street food style vendors and a convenience store. I really liked the gelato sold in this area so if you are a fan of matcha gelato I recommend it! Past the food area there are more photo spots like the Dino Adventure zone and the Snail Garden. I took the cable car back to the main station at 7:30 pm and enjoyed a perfect view of the sun going down, again perfect for pictures. Overall, my experience with the Busan Air Cruise was very good and I recommend it to anyone who likes new experiences like a cable car over the ocean.
